With a passion for education and helping others succeed, I have dedicated over 23 years to this field. My guiding principle is that "when one wins, we all win," including students, teachers, administrators, and parents. This philosophy was shaped by my early exposure to the teachings of Dr. Jawanza Kunjufu, who encouraged me to observe children in order to better understand how to teach them.

I put this into practice in my own classroom and achieved remarkable results, including improved test scores which helped my school receive state-level recognition. My presentations are high energy, filled with practical strategies, and infused with stories that connect the content to real life.
